Trusted Custom Home Builders in Bendigo: How We Bring Your Vision to Life
1. Consultation
We discuss your budget, design plans, intended building site, and timeframes. This is your opportunity to ask questions and share ideas for your forever home.
2. Preliminary Proposal
We provide a first draft proposal based on the information you've shared, including our standard quality inclusions where no specific selections have been made.
3. Final Proposal
After receiving a holding deposit to confirm your construction slot, you'll meet with our consulting designer to finalise selections for your forever home, including plumbing fixtures and cabinetry.
4. Contract Finalisation
We prepare contracts and specification lists for your review. You'll receive a draft copy and pre-commencement client agreement. A meeting with Brendan is then arranged to go through and sign the documents, followed by the deposit invoice.
5. Permit Application
We handle all necessary permit applications and liaise with our building surveyor to meet any additional requirements for issuing the building permit.
6. Construction
Once the building permit is issued, construction begins, progressing through stages: Base, Frame, Lock Up, Fixing, and Completion. You'll meet Brendan and one of our leading hands, Laine or Domenic, at your commencement meeting.
7. Variations
If any changes to the contract or specifications occur during the build, we discuss these with you and have you sign a variation notice detailing any extra credits or costs.
8. Handover and Post-Construction Service
Upon completion, Brendan conducts a final walkthrough with you before applying for your Occupancy Permit. After the Completion Stage invoice is paid, you can move into your new forever home.
